So does this mean I can replace the bushings in my 5500 with those needle bearing?

I'm not sure what a thust bearing is. As for the seals it was pretty basic. It appeared to be a thin rubberized washer inside/outside a metallic one.
I lubed them... Bear in mind I'm no expert.
Wow, that's not a 4000 or 5000. After K2 too the Proflex name off I was to the Navy and lost interest anyway. I live in Maine and part of their appeal was that the bikes were disgned and built in New England, not the fire roads of Claifornia. Either way, I remember the the Aluminum counter parts to the carbon bikes, the 4000 and 5000, did have square down tubes. That bike is definately NOT one of those. I never really new about the Evo's. Were they a good evolution, or crap? And did the Oz's get the same needle bearing treatment?
