Quick questions about carbon seat stay on razorbac

I wasn't planning to make this upgrade, but someone in my area is selling a rear carbon seat stay from a 02 razorback SL. He had a noleen rear shock on it. My question is, will this seat stay work with my 03 razorback with my fox shock?

Also how much do these carbon seat stays retail? Just so i know if i am getting a good deal or not.
