I'm out of here! For a week that is...

Going to St. Thomas with the family. I know there's good biking in the big wilderness preserve on the neighboring island, St. John, but I don't think it's in the cards for me to have time to ride while I'm down there. Oh well, I'd have to rent a Cannondale hardtail anyway... The fishing, diving, kayaking, and hanging out with the kids on the beach ought to make up for that. I certainly feel like I could use a break. (Speaking of brakes, my "new"/old Avids arrived today - perfectly functional and ready to mount on my new single speed frame when I get back!)
