Hi all really pleased to join this forum and hope to share ideas. my bikes are as follows K24000 with sealed bearings and manitou 3 way swinger and a fully standard Proflex beast. also a 856 in bits may rebuild at some time.

Nah. Even owning Pro-Flexes is subject to the law of diminishing returns. Find a new bike with an equally compelling design to add to the stable.
