Have a look in the 'How To' section. All the info you need is in there. If you need any rebuild kits they are still available on ebay.
Good luck

Hi,
I've got an XP-X, if you're not aware it's basically one of the last x56 type bikes (856 etc) just marketed in the UK.
The XP-X is one of the best IMHO.
so refer to info for "856", "World Cup Frame", "Beast", "Animal" and "657" (which was the last name this frame was marketed as.)
GDT shocks are not serviceable (as far as I am aware) ODS and Noleen ones are, but might be expensive to do.
have a dig for some of my previous posts
http://idriders.com/proflex/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=284;sa=showPosts
and in my gallery,
http://idriders.com/proflex/coppermine/index.php?cat=10284
and look at the tech docs in here
http://idriders.com/proflex/tech/
and then ask any Q's if you're stuck.
