I'm hoping someone can help me here.  I'm in the process of rebuilding my 856, and today I rebuilding my x-ray gripshifters.  For some reason, I cannot find the plastic screw cap that seals the place where the cable leaves the shifter housing.  It's the piece that screws into the "exit" of the gripshift and overlaps with the cable housing.  Does anyone know what these things are called and/or where to get a replacement(s)?  I would think they are pretty starndard for all types of shifters.  I just don't want to have to buy a whole new shifter set b/c I'm missing a dumb screw cap.  Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You could make friends with your LBS, and see if they have any in their parts bin. That is where I get many a part. ;)

Great!  I just couldn't for the life of me think of what they are called.  I appreciate the help.  I will go to my LBS and ask, but as a back-up have been looking online for a pair of these just in case.  Do either of these look like they would work?
