K2 Zero-G Problem
« on: June 30, 2003, 04:02:47 pm »
Hi,

I'm in the process of building up a K2 Zero-G & I'm having a small problem.

There are only two eyelets to run cables to the back end of the bike. One on the left & one on the right. As far as I can tell the one on the right goes to the rear derailleur & the one on the left goes to the rear brake. How do I run a cable to the front derailleur?

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure you can, the ZeroG was really designed for DH only. If there is a post behind the cranks to mont one than I say use some zip ties to hold the cables to the downtube and mount it up. Good luck

Red5,

Thanks I've decided not to run a front derailleur for now. I'm such a newbie I didn't even know that DH bikes did run one.
