my own razorback 01 RS is in pieces about to be powder coated - some may remember that I spotted cracks on the struts and one of them broke off in my hand.  Luckily, a forum reader contacted me to say he had a spare - so I now have a spare and it seems to fit OK.  I am going to fix up the old struts by CNC'ing new ends onto it.

Anyway, my noleen mega air also leaks.  I've heard that the shock is user servcieable so one of my winter jobs is to dismantle and find components to build it up again and write a howto.  I have a K2 guide to do this but it doesn't have photos.

(I didn't go riding this weekend because of a cold; but did build up a mean Singlespeed Oz)

I have a 04 k2 razorback team, the previous owner switched the shock from a noleen to a fox, which i have encountered minor problems on.  I just say you should switch to a fox shock and sell the noleen one.

Or you could just service or rebuild it.  http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=16779    they have info on servicing it.
