A thought occurred to me. Often we get requests for images of certain models to see what spec they had, or how you have them now. A bit like reader's bikes. I wondered if we could gather as many images of any Proflex as possible in one thread showing all the different permutations possible. It doesn't have to be your bike. I for one would find it inspiring and others will hopefully find it a useful source of images that might help solve technical problems. Images don't have to be of complete bikes, but perhaps adaptations to certain parts of a frame e.g. disk mounts.

I for one have loads of pics on my hard drive. I'll start posting them tonight when I get back from work. Let's see if this takes off. If it doesn't, well, obviously there was no demand for it!

When posting please identify the frame or part of frame and year of manufacture as best you can.

What I suppose we could do then once we have a critical mass of images is start to put them in the gallery categorised by model for quick reference.

Hmmmmm, not so sure this thread is a good idea, isn't that what we've got a Gallery for?
Same comment goes for the Reader's Wives (sorry, Bikes) thread..............

But then again I guess it does no harm.................

I guess if we had a Gallery where we could all post to with seperate folders for each model that would be useful?

You're sure to get someone posting a misidentified bike, so that will need to be managed............

Yeah I've posted mine a couple times in this forum...mine is all factory stock I think (shimano XT), I want to try to keep it that way if I can, cept for the seat, the OM seat is garbage - the only "bad" part on the bike, I might have it to far back though making it more uncomfortable on longer rides, I'll slide it forward a half inch to an inch and see if it feels any better, if not then its gonna have to go.
