Kiwi wants to step back
« on: June 11, 2008, 01:01:59 am »
Dont wanna be admin no more....You guys need to maybe reply to this thread or start another and nominate /discuss someone else to do the job.Main thing is you can delete/ban/whatever any member new or not.You can access all posts all accounts, change passwords.....main inquiry would be everynow and then people having trouble logging in,you can access their accounts to change passwords etc.Smetimes people forget that their main identity and screen identity are not the same. Not realy any more responsibility than a mod.

you' ve done a great job for a long time bud, thank you.

i'd help out but as you may recall, my computer tech savvy is nil - i can push a few buttons but that's about it.

hopefully someone will step up to the plate here -

in case many of you guys don't know, paul goes way back to the original k2 website
'kiwi proflex rider', and he helped keep things going when the site was shut down by
pooling email addresses from personal communciations with other riders and keeping it
all going.  we all owe him -  :-*

OP
Yeah, they don't make 'em anymore - it's a classic - - -

I'll put myself forward, I don't post much these days but I do visit every day though still to 'check in'. If nobody else wants the job and if it means the site will carry on, I'll do it.

Add my thanks - this forum is the reason I'm still on Proflex. Without it I wouldn't have found elastomers for the 550 or seen my 957 frame for sale.

Appreciate Orange stepping forward too.

Ade.

Thanks Kiwi. I've garnered a great deal of information and cycling insights off this forum. Hope you stick around to offer your knowledge and love of all things Offroad, Proflex and K2. It''s because of guys like you that I have a great riding 856 and my EVO. Keep the rubber down.

Ed Thanks for stepping up and good luck.
