Looking for Girvin X-Link rebuild kit
« on: October 19, 2007, 03:35:36 am »
I have a some movement in my linkage it's probably time to do a rebuild. I have had this girvin for 11 years and it has been in the basement for the last 5! I recently rebuilt my old Giant 870 with the girvin and did a tour on the C&O canal towpath in Maryland. The girvin is great for bike touring! Check the photos below and let me know if you know where I can get seals and bearings.  Thanks!!

I took the decals of for the Mad Max look.

Got it! Parts are ordered. Thanks Colin.  Hopefully a rebuild will take care of the play in my linkage.

Also the price has gone up to $9.99 per kit.
