That's easy to sort out in England after Christmas.

In the UK we traditionally eat Brussel Sprouts (a vegetable) for Christmas dinner.

All you need to do is wait for Boxing day (26th Jan), bend over the bars in your hi-speed racing stance and let go - the suitably placed cigarette lighter by one's derriere will ensure ignition and bingo - do it yourself jet propulsion!!

But a note about healthy eating etc.
Please eat organically grown sprouts only - the chemicals used in cheaper grown varieties will result in excess speed and possible loss of drivers licence!

Happy Christmas everyone!

My Southern wife force feeds me Black Eyed Peas for New Year's Day to ensure good luck. That's similar to Brussel Sprouts for potential energy and natural gas production.
What makes my bike really fly is that New Years is the only day of the year I get my traditional corned beef and cabbage! Add a couple of pints for flavor and well... you get the idea.

Seriously, there's a how-to article on jet bikes in a 2005 or 2006 issue of Popular Mechanics. Very cool.
