Hi Dominic, my wife (Ali) rides an 857, and did own my XPX before I was given it. Did`nt I get all the luck, the only down side to it is she also rides a road bike, and I have to keep buying bikes without ever owning a new one myself. The other downer is she`s too dam quick on a bike, but I do get to look at her backside in lycra, normaly disapearing into the distance.

I actually have a K2 proflex animal that I have done some great singletrack on.  Dig my K2 but going to sell her soon. Getting the back shock fixed and ready to sell.  So yes there are some women who ride these big bikes.  Mine is Way Big, well because I am too. 6'3" and 190lbs. Doesn't that just make you want to smile?
