« on: May 06, 2003, 12:14:05 pm »
 :'( [smiley=worry.gif]My driveside plug is loose. How can I remove it so that I may "glue" it back in place.   It has the cable guide which I don't know how to take off.  [smiley=worry.gif]

if you have a carbon swingarm then the left side cable guide usually has a rivet to hold it in place and is probably epoxied onto the arm.  not sure why you would need to remove the drive side plug to work on the swingarm.

what type bike do you have?

the drive side dropout has a small stub (cable end) through which the rear derailleur cable comes out;
is that stub a part of the dropout or do I have to take it out first before removing the dropout [smiley=redface.gif] :( ??? ??? ::)
