inevitable question.. 856 pivots and MCUs
« on: April 08, 2006, 02:06:45 am »
sorry to ask a question that I'm sure is asked very frequently BUT..

..I'm based in the UK... just bought a stock setup 856 (always wanted one as a kid/teenager). It could do with some different elastomers/MCUs and maybe a pivot/bush or 2..

.. can these be bought from anywhere anymore? I did a bit of reading of the forum and CVI seem little hope and the K2 store have nothing [smiley=dead.gif]

Just wondering what everyone is doing about the situation?

Thanks, Benj

As sean mentions RDS would be your best
bet (he's in Scotland so pretty local)
get a set of springs for your ODS shocks it will be worth it,
as for the pivots a strip down re lube and re adjust
will work wonders,if they're completly knackard then
I have a spare s/hand set that will be fine to go.

Or Simons's nifty pivot conversion would solve the problem.

I just get a time out notice then a re-direction to the K2 inline skate accessories page.. am I missing something? I played around with the space between the 2 parts of the URL and still nothing..
