If he wont ship to UK and if you dont need the fork legs, have him ship it to canada using USPS (they have the best cross-border customs crap), and ill ship it to you.

The guy's looking into the cost of shipping to me in the UK right now, however if it's too expensive I think Akagi has first dibs on the forks and I guess you could ask about the frame?!
