not really what I'd love to find is the complete spects on the bike, A service manuel, Somthing that tells me what torque specs are needed on what parts, bottom bracket size, stem size and so on and so forth (YADA YADA YADA)

I've got the original manual, but there isn't anything like torque settings and the like in there (I think, I'll dig it out and check). It does have schematics and things though.

I'll dig it and have check though incase my memory is stuffed.

Finally found that manual from 1995.

It doesn't have any torque settings or other specs. Basicall other than basic bike setup, all it has is diagrams of how to assemble the rear shocks and strut.

I have a torque settings list as given to me by the proflex team mechanics booth at the California XC Championships in 1998.

If you are interested, I can dig them out of the garage. These days I usually freeball it. I remember a key stage was the bushings. They said unbolt the shock, loosen the bushing clamps until swingarm moves free, tighten each side equally for resistance so that the swingarm would come down slowly by itself, then back off the screws 1/8 of a turn.
