Just wanted to thank those on this forum who answered the few questions I had about 856 specs. I finished the build last Friday using a frame and all parts bought at auction on Ebay. Bike turned out exceptionally well and I spent the weekend riding. I was amazed at how well the bike handled. Guess I'll have to retire my Ventana for a while and play with this more.
I tried to post a couple of pictures in the galleries section, but although it told me the pictures were downloaded successfully, all I saw was the red X of death when I went in to check them out.

Hi
Looks fantastic, I am about to do the same thing, actually same colour. How or where did you get the decals, I have been trying to get some for a while.

Very nice buildup!
Looks like you have a pretty light package? What's the total tonnage?
What kind of riding will you use it for?
How'd you find and rig the rear shock?
BTW, are you a Vermont Catamount? (I'm originally from the Upper Valley)
Cheers,
Will
