I am considering buying a proflex 657 as on ebay in the uk. I ma trying to find some reviews on that specific bike but not had any luck. anyone got any suggestions or comments about that particular bike.

the 657 is actually a 856 but with a girvin or noleen rear shock a girvin crosslink and other upgrades/updates that ocurred between the 96 and 97 model years.The basic bike is a very good bike.Look for tests on the 856 but bear in mind that youwill have better suspension.Also of course the bike is now several years old,beware.....
