K2 4000 frame anyone (cheap)

I have a 4000 frame (medium, blue with yellow) that I had been planning to build and sell for 2 years. Well that never happend. So its going up for sale. I'd rather not ebay it, so I'll offer it here for cheap first. Its in good shape, but has the signs of wear you expect from an MTB. Carbon swingarm, Noleen shock (not the NR2 but one from before that...but no bolts for the shock), cane creek headset, XTR splined BB (the original splined), one V brake...um...what else? Don't remember.
Best offer here within reason (ie..not 25 cents!!
Also have a z1 xfly (100mm air shock) that is in good shape...a bit of play in the stancions, but holds air fine. I can also include some other odds and ends you may need..nothing high quality, but might get you rolling sooner. These include brakes, cranks, cassettes.
Basicaly the garage needs space for a new road (gasp!!) bike. SO this has to go. As does my old road bike...generic Kenisis with 8 speed ultegra/105 and look carbon fork.
email me any qs or offers to
