Evo Frame for sale
« on: July 12, 2004, 08:35:37 am »
Hello group,
Due to lack of use and time this summer, I have to offer my EVO frame up for sale. [smiley=worry.gif]  It is a 2000 frame I bought during the winter of 2001/2002 from  ediscountbike and built up.  I live in Calgary, Canada and with our abreviated summer, my lack of riding time, having two other bikes (fsr and k2 attack) and the fact that I am a very XC rider makes me want to see the frame used more than I can.  It is in my gallery here:

http://idriders.com/cgi-bin/album_k2.pl?album=TC

It has a few small scratches but zero dents or any other damage.  It is a large frame and comes with a custom sized (8.25" - like the original noleen) stratos helix expert as well as the noleen NR1 that came with the frame.  The frame and stratos shock have never seen any drops and probably 250kms of actual trail riding.  The pivot is as tight and perfect as the day it arrived.  It has an IS disk mount and v-brake mounts.  there are a couple of small notches filed into the swingarm shock mount tab to allow the use of the stratos shock but they are far from anything structural and have zero effect on the frame.  I am hoping to get around $300US for the frame and two shocks and will list it on ebay if there is no interest from anyone here.

I am keeping in the K2 fold with my 2001 attack 4.0 that is also in the gallery.

If a buyer is interested, i would let the marzocchi Z3 100 that is on the bike go with it at a good price as well.  I hope it matches someone else here's riding style a bit more than mine...
