Blue Crush (Dennis)
« on: June 25, 2004, 07:59:51 am »
Very nice indeed.
I love the spinergy type wheels and i am interested in the blue tinge to the componets.
the rear mech has been painted or is it dipped.
The epoxy has had blue powder added!! no you have sprayed the frame with a Translucent blue lacquer.
Like when i used to spray motorcycles i used to spray on the base say a gold flake and then mix a cand apple in with the lacquer to get the red and gold sparkle.
Why does everyone have to live so far from each other, it would be great if we could all meet up and exchange ideas.
I like the Dolphin decals on the swinger.
When you decide to sell Blue crush may i have her.

Dom,
thanks, and no, I will not part with her until she breaks up into millions of little pieces.

components are anodized blue.
the paint on blue crush is actually silver pearl. the paint on the Giant HT is white pearl on the outside of the tubes, and kandy blue on the inside. the rims of the wheels on blue crush are kandy blue also.

thanks, I think it looks cool, as does yours.
