Hi paul good to hear from you.

Seriously, I had some great food beer and particularly wine in NZ when I was there.

Talking of river water that is what Guiness actually is! More precisely, it's the ditch water left behind in the peat bog when the cut the peat for garden cebntres etc. They simply syphon it straight into barrels and leave it for two days before serving!
