I confess, my bikes have been gathering dust since October, but I am in Maine and its either been too warm making the trails soupy, or 0 F and 6" of snow. And I have to get my road bike to the shop. I got a new frame and I need the derailure hanger straightened before I put it on the trainer. But I need to get on the trainer. I will be 30 in a few weeks, I am 40lbs over weight, and I have a new chain that needs to be broke in before the roads clear up here. My college's team has a race in April to attend. But I really need to clean my Mt. Bike.
