Your right that should be fine. You may still be ok for the standard. Try this  for measuring what size x_link you need. It came strait from my X-link manual.  
First measure your headtub length including the length of the headset stack  ex. 125mm(Headtube Length of Proflex bike) + 25mm (headset stack height)=150mm or 5.9" .
Now subtract that number from 163mm (Critical measurement for standard X link). What you end up with is the amount of spacers between the upper link mount and the headset. Only if this number is negative you need to buy the Long version.

Ionit, if i do the math i end up with 25 mm between the head set and the upperlink.So long or short what do you think?

the standard fork is right for your bike. That means you subtracted 138mm (5.433") from 163mm (6.417"). If thats corect you can buy the sandard x-link.
