I was hoping it was going to be a "GFULK" (Part #15539) the "mythical?" GIRVIN UNIFIED LOWER LINK that I have never seen in real life, but was an after market upgrade to replace the two part lower links with a single piece similar to what eventually came in on the Crosslinks. In which case I would have been gagging for it!

Not a GFULK, and no, I've neve seen one either. Looked for them when they were supposed to be available with no luck.

I am going to list the lower link on ebay and you can have at it. I'll ship it any way the winner wants. I prefer USPS Priority as it seems to work well here and across the pond for small stuff. There is also a small parts kit that comes with the link too but I think one of the nylon O-rings is missing.

I am also going to take the small frame and swingarm to a local bike swap meet this weekend and test the waters.

Would have posted yesterday but we lost power. Rather breezy here of late.

Burnt, tired and a coupla bucks richer after a day at the UPS bike swapmeet. The little Animal actually drew the attention of a dealer in parts. He didn't want anything but he did mention that he had a Noleen NR2 type 9 with the adjustable damper knob. That got my attention. I bought the one he had there and will see about buying up the rest of them if there is any interest. This has a spring on it and the conical end on the shock. This is in K2 Fluidlink Noleen packaging. Any interest?

He said they fit the world cup frames 95 thru 97. He also had a carbon swing arm of the type that has the riveted mount for the bottom of the shock. I will be fiitting the shock on my 855 for a test ride tomorrow. If it works I'll post it here.

I just had a measure and PM'd ye.............its @180mm for head tube+headset+spacers, I reckon that's size L as they measured them- getting rare to find in a size which fits a regular bike- most of the ones ye see are for less than 137mm stack.

Wow! Those LOOK Founales Forks are a carbon fiber CNC object of lust for sure.

Re: the Noleen NR 2 rear shocks.. I will be meeting the guy later this week and plan to by all his stock. He has been selling them to Harley Davidson riders. Seems that when they build up a hard tail motorcycle they then need to put springs and shocks on the seat. So, when you see one of these flabby bad boy wannabe's rumbling by, he may be supported by parts we can use. I'll let him know that I am interested in any other Proflex related bits as well.
