Carbon Angus, about your Lithium,....
« on: March 27, 2004, 02:27:41 am »
have you written a review of it anywhere I could look?
It looks beautiful, seems extremely well thought out, and designed. I imagine the craftmanship should also be good.  I am looking for a 4 bar 5" to 6" suspension bike and the lithium may be a good candidate. I am a sucker for the FSR horst link technology, but have read enough to know it is not necessary to achieve a good suspension bike. About braking performance: my 6" evo feels it brakes better than my 4.5" FSR. Right now I beleive axle path and craftmanship  is more influential on how the suspension behaves. A popular magazine, gave excellent reviews to the Tirade. They mentioned the geometry of the bike was superb. So, I guess K2 has some fine engineers who may also be mountain bikers.

sorry, Pedro that was just a pic out of a magazine. I have ridden a Trek Liquid and all I can say is whoo-whoo!  they are heavier but ... ;D

the Lithium, I'm sure is a great ride.
