You can look up the original spec of bicycles on Bikepedia.
http://bikepedia.com/
Go to the bicycles tab, then year of bike and name of bike.
Here is the info on your bike.

Probably 31.8mm.

doesnt say what size seatpost clamp
also arent vector 2 forks 1" ahead but bike pedia says 1" 1/8th

Welcome to the group.

The seat posts on these older bikes are 27.2mm. It does mention it as part of the seat post specification.

It doesn't mention the clamps size.  Do you have a pair of calipers to measure the seat tube?  That would be the safest way to figure out what sixes will fit.

im gonna have to get some of them lol,ive needed em a few times thanks
on bikepedia it says the headsets are 1 1/8th but the steerer is only 1" i think,can i fit a chris king headset i have on them

I'm pretty sure in saying that all Vectors are 1" steerer and have an adaptor to take them up to the 1 1/8" headtube size.
