855 rebuild, having issues with cable routing. Any good reference pics...?

Hi guys, pretty much as in the title really? My bike didn't come with any cables in place for gears or brakes in place. I've just bought new cables, sheaves and ferrules but I've no idea which lugs on the frame they run through?

Any advice, help or pictures would be greatly appreciated!

Every thing goes in straight lines. Have a look through the readers rides section, there are loads of photos there and check out the gallery. It's probably easier than trying to explain.
