Swing arm bolts

Before I totally bugger up my bike, I can't get the bolts off swing arm. It's on a k2 factory 6.0. They were fairly buggered up when I got it. They are 6mm, but when I turn one side, the other turns. I tried to hold both side, but it feels like the bolts hex head is about to be stripped out...

well done on sorting it yourself, sorry there hasn't been any assistance offered, I think you're the first person to post on here with one of the "modern" K2 bikes! <GRIN> so probably not any experience of these specific bikes available, but there's some good practical (and professional) engineers on here so maybe some advice will be forthcoming.
I guess the bottom line is, are the bolts something specific to the bike design or just standard 6mm Allen Bolts?
Piccies might help
Good luck, you might just drag us kicking and screaming into the 21st Century on bike debates!

Where do I get new bearings? When I really need are the bolts that screw into the sleeve that goes thru the bearings.

K2 Bike was sold to Iron Horse. Maybe they have some "legacy parts" available.
