@ ode - my o rings were missing to, if you got them from the seller on eBay, contact them politley - they were very understanding and we came to a nice soloution  ;)

    The place I got the kit(s) from is eBay seller " we_sell_xs" (Cross Lake Sales) in Mn. and you're right. Good people to deal with. The only reason I've now got 2 of the kits, even though I've got 2 1/2 Vector forks, is that Amy had a second kit sent out to me, after I let her know about the shortage from the 1st kit. I'm guessing that that's how they got the kits - incompletely packaged. It's no big deal, since the O-rings can be easily sourced locally. We're all buying those kits because of the "Extreme Seals" anyway, but I appreciate Amy's efforts to set things right.
     By the way, I have 2 NOS sets of the original black seals for all of the axle pivots (none for the shock, though), if anyone is doing a "100 point" resto on their bike.
