Ok I got mildly excited because the original advert says a 957 that has hardly been ridden. But the Craiglist advert is for a 657. Nice bike all the same and in top condition but not a 957.

Bike is a 1997 ProFlex 857 Expert Series size small. It has been hanging in a conditioned shop since new. Never been wet or soiled and literally only rode around the block a handfull of times. The NR2 shocks on this bike have Noleen's latest competition build/valving used on this frame. Also included is a spare new never mounted Easton carbon-fiber swingarm and Hammerhead rear disc brake conversion mount. The bike is 100% original minus the oem decals having been removed from the swingarm and Girvin cross-link fork. Please no texting, call 206,909,0750.

Hi, i am looking for another proflex or a K2. I have had two previously that I sold, but lusting after another. Not sure what one I am after -1996 or 1997 (757, 857, 957, beast or animal). Or a K2. Be great if I can get one that someone done a rear conversion - adapter to run normal shock

I am in the UK

Looking for left and right frame pivot axles for my K2 Proflex 4000. Its the inserts that go in the frame for the swing arm. I got the swing arm parts from someone on here and thought maybe someone else may have the frame parts or knowledge of someone that does have them. Thanks

I´d like to sell the Noleen front forks and shock off my 1998 Proflex 4000, as I´ve replaced mine with a pair of Marzocchi´s.  Make me an offer.  I am located in Vancouver, BC, but will ship if you pay shipping.  They are still in good shape.  No pictures right now, but if interested, or in the near future, I will post some.

857 Rear Shock Adaptor for Sale
« Reply #1359 on: April 25, 2013, 09:41:11 am »
Proflex 857 rear shock adaptor for sale, for fitting "conventional" (i.e eyes at each end of the shock) shocks such as Fox, Rock shox to the 857 (and 856) frames with the connical interface to the rear stays. Ideal for replacing a defunct Noleen coil over shock with a lighter air shock. Bought some time ago from a  forum member, but i've not used it and not getting much riding in i've decided to sell it on. Made from aerospace grade aluminium , Bare aluminium finish. Comes with adaptor bushes. Asking £35 + postage at cost. Can do PayPal gift or you cover fees. Can supply pics on request.
Cheers

Hi Guys... I'm looking for some Vector fork spares....
Handlebar stem / top shock mount either all together as in Vector 1, or separate alloy block section as in Vector 2's...
Also top, front pivot rod and the top shock mount plastic spacers !

Love to get the Vectors I have on the bike, up and running again... 8)

Thanks in advance - jr

re-arrange the following well known phrase or saying:
" horse as rare rocking as sh*t"

Never seen one of these before, only heard of them in Myths and Fables from Girvinland.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/380633193050

bidding up from £39.99 plus £10 P&P

Don't think I'll go for it myself, not really the direction I have planned for any of my steeds.

I've got the same system as this on my Pace forks but I thought you werent meant to fit a clamp to Vector/ Crosslinks for fear of snapping them under braking load?
Nice to see cool retro stuff like this popping up though.

I have a 96 Beast WC Edition (I believe it's 96 - the metallic green one) that has been used, but not abused. It will need some new bushings soon, but over all in decent condition. I don't have a price, because I can't decide what it's worth. I'm selling the frame, fork, seat post, seat, front derailleur and crankset. A mount has been welded to the swing arm to attach DISC brakes. Pics to come! If you want them mailed to you directly send me an e-mail! my username at yahoo.com 2nd 0 is a zero. I'm flexible on the price. My son took this beast over from me and has since moved on. So I'd rather sell it than hold onto it to collect dust. ;)
