Like that first bike... though she's ever so lovely with the Spin wheels, the encyclopedia of parts lists Sun rims with some number of spokes.
Wonder what else might be amiss in that massive missive?

WARNING - I don't believe he's selling what's in the pictures! [smiley=disbelief.gif]

must agree with willem, thats a very misleading item description, he also states the size as small medium large and way big! mmmmmmm  maybe im getting very cynical about this but he also says the tyres are panaracer duster II, nope sorry theyre fire xc pro. something is amiss here. must admit though it looks gorgeous (apart from the silly angle he has the bar ends set at)
an oz is for life , not just for xmas!

did he mention the brand of toe clips, too? [smiley=laughing.gif] this is a caveat emptor for a "hot" bike or something fishy.

the second one, too, come to think of it raises an eyebrow at least for me........mentions the LX crank spindle is bad, yet has taken the bb out of the bike and just selling the frame but will throw in the used parts. The bb-shell can be messed up very easy. If anyone wants the second one....be sure to ask about the integrity of the bb shell. IMHO this should be asked of every used bike/frame.

Hi fellow K2 folks
It has been a week since I won the auction on ebay for the 4500 frame. I have recieved no response from the seller. No shipping information, nothing. I have sent three emails requesting said information. Have you ever had to wait soooo looooog? I am growing concerned. The seller has excellent feedback.
There have been no disaters in the Atlanta area that I know of. What do you think I should do? I have inquired with paypal and shall wait the 2-3 days for their response. After that I think I need to file a claim of some sort.

I had a good ride with my daughter today. I rode my EVO 3.0. I also have a 4.0 with carbon swingarm, but I digress.

Any advice from experience would be greatly appreciated. Cheers and stuff.

Anyone deal with bikephans as a seller on ebay before? I am about to go OFF!!!

Bruce...AKA...giantbikeboy(I only own one giant)

THANKS
It's all about the ride.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. The guy's feedback is stellar. Sometimes, things just come up. Also, in my experience, sometimes when a seller doesn't get a great price for something, they're not in as much of a hurry to please the buyer. Just a thought. I read through some of this guy's feedback, and I'd say he's probably got a legitimate excuse. Give it a couple more days. Just politely send another email asking him to confirm that he got your money... (I'm assuming you sent it already since you mentioned filing a claim through PayPal and since the auction said to pay within 48 hours).

In all likelihood, he's already sent it and it will be there soon!

Yeah I wouldn't worry too much, although I'm still waiting for some X-Links I got off Ebay on 10th Feb!! (OK I did ask for them to be sent by surface mail from USA to UK!!) When I did that the time before I think I could have swum over quicker (took 7 weeks!).
