I'm Mark Spruce (Sprucey)
I live in Gosport, Hampshire.
I run a carbon Oz, a Raozorback Team and I am rebuilding an 855/856 (just got the rear swing arm back with a new disc mount welded onto it).
Will try to get some pictures but am really busy at work right now.
I have met and know Simon really well and have done a couple of rides with him (and will do more in the summer, I am sure)

I live in Malvern Wells, so near the Malvern Hills it takes 5 mins of uphill from my back door to get onto the trails, how lucky is that?
The only problem is, that it is so convenient I do not tend to travel to other MTB locations, but must do some of the Welsh trails this year. I ride with a buddy just down the road who has a Giant FRS Composite (Carbon) with pink 'T-Mobile' front to the frame triangle - V Nice!
But I love my 5500c & Oz-M. Must update the site with latest pics soon!!
Anyone fancy doing the Hell of North Costwolds (HONC) this year? There is a choice of 50 or 100 kms!!
I'v done it most years now. It's great to see 1100 riders all go off at once. It is not a race, just a kind of enduro. See

Hey all, Steve Dean, I live in Sutton Coldfield near Birmingham. I'm running a Proflex Beat 1996,owned it from new. Its got Noleens, XTR, Middleburn, Carbon Vectors, Flite, USE, Gripshift, and ceramic Rims. Great bike, wouldnt swap it for anything, well apart from maybe a Yeti ASR!
