Is it ok to spray silicone grease on the rear swing arm pivot? mine is a bit squeaky.
K2 carbon, XTR mechs, XT v-brakes, Mavi cross ride wheels, XT chainset and lovely Pace RC38LTs.

Afraid abit of a waste of time as the bushes are sealed with quad rings,best carry out a re-lube,follow Op's jiffy lube instructions from the how to's section,
you could try loosening off the pinch bolts first to see if that cures the squeak,if it doesn't then the problem may lay else where,remember to reset the pinch bolts before riding though,
you could also look to see if the front/rear dropouts have come loose in the s/arm (common fault on the carbon arms) this can through up some strange noises,
