Girvin Mag pedal cleats again
« on: July 05, 2005, 06:44:45 am »
A second request.  Anyone out there with a set of Girvin cleats for the magnesium body pedal they want to get rid of?  I would consider buying pedals as well.  I have them on three bikes, so I don't want to switch.  Have tried Ritchey cleats, but that almost cost me some skin on a technical trail as they don't click out as well.  I hate that feeling when you are trying to click out and you can't.

Hi Kerry! Sorry I missed you in April. Didn't get your message until I was already back in NY.

I'm currently riding a pair of Nashbar pedals that I really like. They're better (smoother and more consistent release) than my Shimano 434s or my 515s. Also better than my Ritchey V2 Comps.  Lighter than all of the above and cost me $4 brand new on eBay. Compatible with Shimano cleats.
