I'm thinking about upgrading my fork from the old crosslink type to a Manitou Black Elite.  Any opinions on this fork?

Does the '03 have regular TPC damping or TPC+? If it's not TPC+, don't get it. There's a big difference in performance. Otherwise, I've heard pretty much all good stuff about the Black forks. Nice and stiff.

I have an 04 Black Elite and have been very happy with it.  Compared the the RockShox Duke Race (2002) that I had been riding, it is far superior.  Not sure if the 03 and 04 are the same or not.
