Marzocchi cable hanger for cantilever brakes

In my bid to breath life into my Proflex 554, by replacing the unusable Fastrax, I've found a Marzocchi fork that would work.  The only problem is I need this piece:

If anyone has this piece on an old fork, I'd be willing to buy it. Or, if you have a 65-80mm travel front fork with an offset for a 1 1/8 threadless headset, please post/PM/email.  Thanks.

Yes.  I had actually placed a bid on that but I found a guy in Eastern Washtington who sent me his for $8.   Lucky for me someone outbid me on eBay at the last second.
