Replacement parts for an EVO pivot

So I bought a Way Big 1999 K2 4K frame a few years ago to see how it might ride differently than my Medium but haven't done much with it lately. I took the pivot apart and was amazed at how rusty everything was, but all the parts have been sitting for about a year. I just got around to ordering a fork a few nights ago, so now its high time I begin the build.
Fortunately, I have some parts from an old build kit, but has anyone replaced pivot parts other than the Needle bearings? I'd like to find a replacement metal tube, and comparable O-rings if needed. I could figure out the dimensions but am hoping someone else has done that already.
What is the shelf life of K2 Goo? What are your recommendations for grease?
I'm going to harvest most of my parts off my Medium Carbon that may be available afterwards. There are too many rocks where I live and I never quite got used to the ride.
