The XPX is the same frame as the 855/856 so it will work fine.

How does this work if the bore in the XPX frame is only 11mm dia and the bore in your moded frames are 12mm plus ?
Or am i missing something ? is the 11mm bore only a removable spacer ? thanks for a reply .

The principle is the same which ever bike you do the conversion on but the dimensions might have to be altered to suit. The How to shows a 4000/4500 swingarm set up with 12mm shaft as the instructions say, "it works on an 856 with a different shaft I haven't uploaded the drawing for this as it may confuse things."
Hope this helps

The ball-bearing mod won't make any difference in suspension feel if you haven't upgraded the shocks already. But even with a coilover, the bushings on my 756 have given me no trouble after 16 years. I have a spare set, and I'm starting to think I'll never need them.

I bought a couple of sets of the bushings way back when a local bike/ski shop went TU. Never had to use them on my original 855 I bought new. Only ran into the need when I bought one that never was maintained. I have been using silicone dialectric grease on all the bushes and have never had any wear except for the plastic O-rings on the fork.
