My k2 5000 Project off Ebay
« on: July 20, 2010, 07:13:37 pm »
Hey a few of you might remember me posting some Questions about the frame weight and a few other questions.

Anyway here are a few pics after I stripped the frame and polished it, put most of my Zaskar equip on it, still waiting on my Kcnc Vbrakes but other than that it's pretty much done other than a Rock shox Sid SL eventually...

Bike Weighs 22.5 lbs w/ pedals and everything as it sets now.

And here is my Old Zaskar LE that I robbed everything off of.. Was a great Bike, This thing is from 1993/1994. I will miss her :(

Totally excellent. Nice work there. The effort to strip the frame paid off. ;D

Love the polished frame. The flat surfaces of the 4000/5000 style frame shine like a mirror. Really nice. And only 22.5lb  8)
