I tried to buy this bike a while back.  The seller never did let on to how much he wanted.  I just wanted the frame (without the rear shock) to replace my ailing OZ.  Well now I know, $1200.  Note the rear shock adapter on the swing arm.  Just for fun, list what you think it is worth.  With the Chubby and rear shock(little resell value) I might go $400

A couple of years ago I was offered a NOS frameset with NR1 shock for $400. I thought that was right.

Esentially the same with these parts, maybe $600.

For the price range I'd opt for the XTR-equipped one going on eBay again right now...if you only need the frame you can always strip off and sell the other parts individually, which should make up for most of the investment.
