'need help dialing my bike

not sure if my Oz is dialed properly. Honestly, I'm assuming that being 'dialed' means adjusting the bikes suspension parameters to meet ones riding style/weight etc. I'm about 137 lbs. soaking wet. 'like to climb and getting a litle more aggresive on xc rides. The smart up front has a 150-rated coil and the other smart in the back has a 350-rated coil. I'm assuming that the red rubber sleeves on the shock shaft would help indicate sag. How much sag should I have? What other adjustments should I make? TIA

15-20% sag for XC riding, 25-35% for DH riding? Personally, I set my suspension by feel rather than by measurements. You want to use most of your travel but not bottom out harshly. I tend to set my bike up stiffer for XC riding and plusher for more aggressive rides.

K2 Recommend as a starting point for your bike 10mm of sag measured at the front shock and 8mm of sag measured at the rear shock, try this first before starting custom settings, if you cannot achive the correct sag without using excessive preload or with the spring wound off you my require a different spring rate.
