The report on the Beast is as follows:Found sticker on frame indicating it is a 20 inch frame. Felt like a large, but I thought 18 inch was a large...Front shock/spring covered in oil no Damping. Rear shock has no damping and loud clunk on rebound Rear brake cable rub spot on down tube is deep. Maybe 2mm Rear swingarm and pivots are good. No creaking was heard as I boinged along on it. I could probably get the bike for $40-50. Not sure if it would be a worthy project though. Anyone know if Noleen or anyone else will service the shocks? Approximate $?Thunderchild
I think it is still a large as my frame was advertised as a 19.5" - large. 20" is probably just the way he is measuring it. Blokes always big there size up a bit .Didnt the Way Big x56 have a much longer seat tube? Someone was bidding on one recently and posted a photo.Go on buy it, you can never have too many.Chris
I thought the way big had an extended seatpost. I was looking at buying one late last year till I found out the long seat mast meant it was a way large.
