No ride tody-big train wreck

About two hours ago, just before I was to take my 957 out to the Santa Susana Mtns, two trains collided head-on. A freight train coming out of the tunnel that goes under the Santa Susana Pass hit a Metrolink train as it was pulling out of the station and was rounding the curve going into the tunnel. Each estimated to be traveling at least 55 miles per hour.
The whole area has been closed, 6 people confirmed deceased The engine pulling the passenger cars was pushed right thru the car behind it. I can see from where I am the smoke from the fire and up the street the rescue crews.
Unfortunately more fatalities are expected which looks certain to me. The local hospiital where my son was born is filling up with injured people.
Got me kind of down, but hoping not to as bad as it looks.

Well I am going to ride over to the crash site now to see if they need any community service volunteers. The staging area is my old high school where I graduated.
These pics pretty much sum up the crash.

Hi Terry, I`ve been away from the computer all day but my thoughts have been with you and your community today mate, I hope its not been too bad. I hope my earlier post was`nt taken in poor taste I had no idea you were that close to the crash site and that you could help out, good on you mate. But if you did`nt get that ride in today have one on me for those that cant.
All the best, Tel.

Thanks Tel,
Authorities have everything in hand. Huge tractors have started pulling the wreckage off the track, and it looks like the last bodies have been pulled from car number 1.
I think I will get off for a ride.
