trouble is with these big cogs is you get big jumps in the ratios...
Shimano made an STX-RC model in 8speed 11-34, back in the 90s.Action Tec, and Cycle Dynamics make a 34 up to 38 cogset. You could buy just a 34 or bigger, and remove a cog from your existing set, you have it. You will have have to machine a tad off your carrier if you are using that type. Any machine shop can chuck in a lathe and trim off.What cogset are you now running?
