Also seems like numbering scheme is a bit different.

First number denotes the difference in frame.  Second number now denotes the level of componentry.  Third number remains the year.

Nice to see the name back
but there's nothing new there all those suspension designs are currently in use and been around a while.
Looks like they're using VPP (looks like the DW link as used by Iron horse etc) on the enduro etc I would of thought with the modern platform shocks
they may of gone with a single pivot design.
I must admit the rigid bike looks very nice,headstock and down tube in particular.

Yeah, I saw that company's site as well, but was disappointed to see that they don't have any US distributors. I agree with what someone said, though, that their designs don't seem to be any different than what's already on the market.

I take it that any Proflex oldtimers would be working at K2 if they're still employed in the business and haven't switched jobs...when the sale went through did all the former Proflex employees become K2 employees? I have to say that I like some of K2s current full suspension designs and paint schemes...but still can't justify paying $1200 or more for a well-outfitted bike...and can't even believe there are folks who might pay twice that or more.

The the new proflexes look nice I like my old 856 better...and I think I like the K2s better as well.

I saw most of proflexs other offerings...not impressed really, in fact they should have hired me to design there bmx bike for them, the one they got on the site is junk!!! I'm not the most knowledgable guy when it comes to mt bikes but I practically invented bmx.

I started riding back in 75 when bmx was still a new sport, in fact it didnt become an official sport till 77 when the ABA opened its doors.

When I heard that proflex name was coming back, I thought they would have some jerseys with the proflex logo.
It would be great for those who have "old" Pro-Flexes. But it seems they don't have any...
The bikes do look good , but nowadays I prefer other brands. It's not the name that makes buy them. Hell, I prefer an Oz to any 2008 proflex...
