sid fork set up

Hi all just got some sid xl's to bash on my 4000,does any one know how to set them up regards air pressure, positive and negative pressures etc. Also will a standard shock pump fit this fork

sorry no info on the fork , but a shock pump is a shock pump, get a reliable one thats not going to be +/- daft amounts. i managed to find one that was about 50psi out which didnt help when setting up forks and shocks.

Only info I have is for some 2002 sid's

Positive pressure

Riders weight
>120lbs = 70-80psi
120-140lbs = 80-100psi
140-160lbs = 100-120psi
160-180lbs = 120-140psi
>180lbs = 140-180psi

Negative pressure

Riders weight
>120lbs  Sid XC 70-80psi    Sid racing 40-60psi
120-140lbs Sid XC 80-100psi    Sid racing 60-80psi
140-160lbs  Sid XC 100-120psi    Sid racng 80-100psi
160-180lbs  Sid XC 120-140psi    Sid racing 100-120psi
>180psi  Sid XC 140-160psi    Sid racing 120-140psi

Thanks for the input guys,I think the bit I'm looking for is a sid shock adapter,why don't the keep these parts standard,now where to get one?
