actually no, but I'm following Mr 752's conversion of my old XP-8 with great interest so that will sate my appetite for things Proflex.

Happy Christmas one and all! :-)

It has been a good bike year. I was able to help out some others with parts and had the favor returned to me. It is pleasant to be with such a good group of folks. Thank Y'all a bunch, Merry Christmas and have a wonderful New Year.

Y'know, Willie B. hit the nail on the head...
I gave away my Chopper (with X-link forks!) to a neighborhood kid who was totally fired up. That felt great.
I sold an 856 to one of our newest members and I expect he's going to enjoy a lifetime of riding. It would have been nice to score twice the price on ebay, but it's great to have another local Proflexer here.
I rediscovered the joy of riding by building a single speeder. (Actually an 856)
Got lucky and scored a new Trance2 in October. (And haven't been served with divorce papers yet!)
My LBS (that's only two blocks from home) bankrupted, but was just reopened by two of the wrenches. That's a sad story with a happy ending!

It's been a pretty good year on two wheels. Oh, and kudos to OP for GIVING away a bike.

Merry Christmas to all y'all from Texas.

Santa got a long list of "wants" off me, unfortunately Mrs752 doesnt share my enthusiasm and the list had to be altered to suit what she's bought me!

Merry Xmas and Happy New Year.

Fettling? I heard of flocking, as in "flocking the tree".

Well Merry Xmas to every Proflex rider, and a happy new Oz to everyone.

flocking the tree
is that the same as 'flogging the log'??!!

Fettling= tinkering with / fixing something mechanical
