Girvin Crosslinks
« on: November 16, 2007, 02:59:08 am »
Easy one for all you guru's out there,
Whats the easiest way to get a service kit (Bushes etc.) for my Girvin Crosslinks.
I'm in the UK, saw a kit on US Ebay last week but they've gone and I cant recall whether it was a Girvin kit or a Noleen!

I imported some from Iron Horse a while ago, but I only have the X-Link seal kits left, and not the bearing kits.

Noleen or Girvin doesn't matter as long as they're Crosslinks, not Vectors.

I have just a few left of the following kits:

RK002      856 World Cup Pivot      £15.00
RK004      X Link Seals                      £8.00
RK008      4000/5500 Pivot Kit      £8.00

plus £2.50 P&P in the UK (£3.50 Europe) and an extra £1 if you pay by Paypal please. but I accept cheques or bank transfer.

If there's a bit of demand I'll see if I can order some more:
RK005      Vector Seals
RK006      X Link & Vector Bearings
and split the import costs across a few orders.

Thanks Colin,
PM'd you and then checked the forum and realised you had already answered!
I'll be in touch about the seal kit for starters.
I've had the fork apart and cleared all the lube points, the bushes didnt look too bad but wasnt sure whether I should replace seals and bushes at the same time.
Cheers,
